I completely understand that adjusting to a new and unfamiliar class can get tough for you. But remember there is nothing to fear. There are different ways to create a connect and bond with your new classmates.
First let’s understand that change is something we all go through at different phases of life. So nothing is permanent accept change. Once we accept the change it becomes easier to deal with it. During school they have a rule to shuffle children every year because they want to prepare young minds to deal with change and accept it. Because by staying with the same set of friends we get into our comfort zone.
How to overcome extreme guilt?
