Question : I have 2 best friends whom I love very much but I sometimes feel that they both are spending a lot of time together and forgetting me I am being jealous but I don’t know how to overcome this.
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns.
It is natural to feel a little insecure and get jealous, especially if your friends are spending more time with one another than they are with you.
So, in this case, you might want to do a little bit of self-reflection and ask yourself the reason for not being able to spend time with them? Is it because you have some other commitments? What other reasons do you have for not being able to spend that much time with them?
Also, in order to make sure your friendship stays healthy and real, you might want to try and communicate how you feel about the whole thing to them, but do so in a polite manner and use the discussion format, so that your friends know that you mean well and that you don’t intend to pick a fight or anything of that sort. Letting them know, that you are discussing this with the intention of clarifying your doubts and receiving assurance is essential, in order to make sure you all stay on the same page and that you’re friendship stays intact.
